The class is a single workshop.
Each workshop is designed to teach a complete Hatha Yoga practice over 3-4 sessions.
Ideal for individuals who want to learn a specific practice in depth and be able to practice independently. After completing the workshop, participants will have the knowledge and skills to practice on their own, without the need for continuous guidance or additional costs.
The teacher will always be available for you if you have any question. There will also be One Correction Sessions for you in the future, where you will have the teacher correct your postures.

It involves only the body and floor exercises that can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.
